LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propvera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of our services.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the six months preceding the claim.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.
